Returns and Complaints
At EldoradoShop, we care about your satisfaction. If the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it or file a complaint under the following terms.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
In accordance with Polish consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the package without giving any reason.
Return conditions:
The product must be in pristine condition, unused, and clean.
The product should be returned in its original packaging.
The cost of return shipping to the seller is covered by the Buyer.
How to make a return?
Notify us of your intention to return by sending an email to: evan.engels1995@gmail.com.
Provide your order number.
Send the product to our address in Poland: Ivan Engels Eldorado Aleja Piłsudskiego 26, 81-378 Gdynia, Poland
Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we will refund your money within 14 days using the same payment method.
2. Complaints
If the product you received is defective, damaged, or does not match the description, you have the right to file a complaint under warranty.
Complaint procedure:
Send your complaint to the email: evan.engels1995@gmail.com, including a description of the defect and photos of the damaged product.
Your complaint will be reviewed within 14 days from the date of receipt.
If the complaint is upheld, we will offer to repair the product, exchange it for a new one, or provide a full refund.
