TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ELDORADOSHOP ONLINE STORE

General Provisions

The online store available at eldoradoshop.pl is operated by Ivan Engels Eldorado, with its registered address at: Aleja Piłsudskiego 26, 81-378 Gdynia, Poland. VAT Number (NIP): 5833250634. Definitions

Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organisational unit making a purchase in the Store. Seller – Ivan Engels Eldorado. Product – a movable item available in the Store's offer.

Placing Orders

All prices listed in the Store are gross prices and are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN). Orders may be placed at any time of day through the website. A condition for processing an order is the provision of accurate contact details, an e-mail address, and a precise delivery address.

Payment Methods

EldoradoShop offers the following secure payment methods: Payment by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro). BLIK mobile payment system. PayPal payment system. Deferred or instalment payments via Klarna. All transactions are encrypted and fully secure. EldoradoShop does not store any Customer payment card data.

Product Delivery

Delivery is free of charge for all orders with a value of 199 PLN or more. The delivery cost for orders below 199 PLN is 15 PLN. Order processing time is between 1 and 3 business days. The estimated shipping time is between 7 and 20 business days, due to dispatch from the warehouses of our international logistics partners. Final delivery within Poland is typically carried out by Poczta Polska.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Every Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To process a return, the product must be sent back to our address in Poland: Aleja Piłsudskiego 26, 81-378 Gdynia, Poland. The direct cost of returning the goods to the Seller is borne by the Customer. A refund will be issued within 14 days of our receipt and inspection of the returned shipment.

Complaints

The Seller is obliged to deliver goods free from defects. If a defect in the goods is identified, the Customer has the right to submit a complaint by e-mail to: evan.engels1995@gmail.com. Complaints are handled within 14 days of receipt by the Seller.

Privacy Protection and Personal Data

The controller of personal data is the Seller. Data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders, handling returns, and in accordance with the Store's Privacy Policy. Personal data is protected in compliance with applicable regulations (GDPR).

Final Provisions

All contracts concluded through the Store are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Polish courts having jurisdiction over the Seller's registered address. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any amendments take effect upon their publication on the Store's website.
